Yoga for Children
60 MINUTES
The practice of yoga includes many parts. Our classes include the physical (asana) practice as well as mindfulness, meditation, concentration, breathing, self reflection and caring for others and ourselves in an active and nurturing way. Classes are prepared with games, music and movement. The length of a class depends on the ages of the participants.
